HOW MUCH WILL MY SIGNS COST
The cost of your signage is dependant on the size, the design and the materials used in making your signs. We can work to your budget and stretch it as far as it can possibly go. Your business signs play a very important role in representing your business. They should be eye catching, effective and be treat as an investment.
HOW DO I PAY?
Clients will typically be asked for a 50% deposit on any amount over £500.00 before any work has commenced and
this can be either in the form of cash, cheque or a credit card. On jobs less than £500.00, you can just pay us upon completion.
DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATIONS?
Aside any travel fee's (which are confirmed before any meeting) we do offer free consultations which involves a free site survey and a free quote the majority of the time.
DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?
We offer signs for a wide range of needs from temporary to permanent signs and graphics and will be happy to discuss with you
the potential lifespan of the products before the order is placed. As we supply many types of signs, we do not offer a
standard guarantee across all of our products but in general, we offer a no quibble 6 month guarantee. We at Image Sign Studio value our

CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
All major credit cards are accepted.
WHAT IS THE USUAL TURNAROUND AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
We typically aim to turn around a job between 10-14 days however as you know this depends on work load, availability of materials and other factors. We will discuss this with you at the time of the order obviously
DO WE NEED TO SUPPLY OUR OWN ARTWORK?
We at Image Sign Studio have a special design team in place, to help you all the way with your perfect design.
If you already have artwork, this can be supplied in the following design formats; PDF, AI, EPS.
ARE PROOFS SUPPLIED BEFORE WORK COMMENCES?
All artwork we produce has to be signed off by the client before work commences. Changes after signed approval may be charged. If the artwork is taken to another signmaker you will be invoiced for £40.00 + vat to cover our expenses.
HOW DURABLE ARE YOUR SIGNS?
We create both temporary and permanent signs for clients. We will need to know whether the signs are for indoor or outdoor use etc. to determine which materials need to be used as this will have a significant impact on the durability of the sign. All in all we will make sure your signs are as durable as your budget allows them to be.
IS INSTALLATION INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE SIGN?
The design and the installation of the designs are treat seperately. If you would like us to simply design your signs and not install them or design and install the signs please let us know
DOES VINYL WORK ON ANY SURFACE?
As there are different specifications of vinyl, we can confidently apply it to most common surfaces. If you have an unusual surface,
we may want to undergo a test prior to manufacturing your graphics.
WHAT SORT OF VEHICLE GRAPHICS ARE AVAILABLE?
Image Sign Studio can provide everything you need. From single colour lettering, large format photographcs, reflective vinyl for high visibility vehicles and more.
HOW LONG DO VEHICLE GRAPHICS LAST?

There are ways to ensure that your vehicle graphics last for years such as not washing your vehicle for a week after the graphics have been applied. Also avoid jet washing your vehicle in order to prolong the
quality of the images. We also offer laminating of the graphics.
HOW DO I REMOVE MY VEHICLE GRAPHICS?
We can take care of the removal of the vinyls for you. However if you would like to be able to remove them yourself you can do so with a hairdryer as this will not damage the paintwork. We do advise you use a professional to take care of it for you.
WHAT SORT OF BANNERS DO YOU PROVIDE?
If it's an exterior or interior banner, Image Sign Studio provides tailored solutions for your business. PVC to vinyl banners that can be fitted to practically any building or surface. We offer a wide range to suit your budget.
WHAT IS BUILT UP LETTERING?
Simlply this gives the effect of a 3D sign using materials such as plastic, aluminium, acrylic etc. Installing them individually.
WHAT IS A SIGN TRAY?
Sign trays are usually a moulded aluminium tray used as a back for your sign. They can be cut to allow illumination to shine through your design along
with various other techniques to suit your design. They can also be used for smaller signs like a fire exit or a welcome sign for example.
WHAT IS A PROJECTING OR HANGING SIGN?
Usually installed on the outside of a building, a projecting sign is fixed to a bracket to enable the sign to project at an angle perpendicular to the building,
therefore making it easier for your sign to stand out eg. In high footfall retail areas. This is usually used to supplement a fascia on your building.
DO YOU SUPPLY PAVEMENT SIGNS?
Yes, we have a wide range of pavement furniture available including café barriers, notice boards, chalk boards and swing signs.
DO YOU SUPPLY LIGHTING FOR SIGNS
We recommend you use lighting in your signage wherever and whenever possible to make sure it stands out night and day to potential customers.
DO WE NEED AN ELECTRICIAN FOR INSTALLATION?
It's wise to use a fully qualified reputable electrician to get your signs lighting up and running. We can recommend some for you

Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) are a fast evolving, high technology light source. The primary benefits of LED based lighting are energy
efficiency, long life, minimal maintenance and pure, saturated colours. They are flexible and give a nice professional finish to any type of sign.
WHATS A LIGHT BOX?
A light box is an aluminium box which can be used on the outside or inside of your premises. It has to connect to the mains supply if it is to work.
A light box can also have a logo or lettering applied to give a polished illuminated effect.
